The ELK-980 Telephone Line Fault Monitor is specially designed to detect a Dead Phone
Line and signal external equipment via a Dry Contacts Form "C" Relay. The
ELK-980 connects easily using 8 Pin modular cables connected between the incoming
RJ-31/38X telephone connection block and other telephone equipment connected behind the
ELK-980.
