ELK RP Tip Of The Week

Printing
You can print the account that is open, a list of all accounts, the ElkRP log, and, if multi operator access is enabled, a list of all operators.  From the file menu, click print.  Check the desired box and click print or preview.  Printing a list of accounts or the ElkRP log can consume a lot of paper, so it is a good idea to preview if you are unsure of how many pages will print.  If you choose “This Acct”, a screen will come up after clicking print or preview to allow you to choose what information about that account you want to print.  Check the desired boxes and click okay.  From the preview screen, you can scroll through the pages using the black arrows at the top of the screen. Click the printer icon at the top left to print the document. You can also export the document so that it may be saved or emailed.  Click the envelop icon at the top left of the screen.  Choose the format and destination for the file and click ok.  The next screen will ask if you want to export all or part of the document.  Select “All” to export the entire document or select page range and enter the pages you wish to export, and click ok.  Finally, name the file and click okay.
