For any business that desires to sound a “Break Bell” for employees at predetermined intervals daily. This application uses an ELK-MM443 with the Clock/Calendar accessory module(ELK-MC100) programmed to momentarily close relay 1 to sound a bell and optionally to transmit an X-10 signal to a remotely located X-10 chime unit. This program will sound the bell for 3 seconds and the X-10 chime (if connected) at 7:00, 9:00, 9:15, 12:00, 12:30, 3:00, 3:15 and 5:00 daily except Saturday & Sunday.

This application uses an ELK-MM443 with the
Clock/Calendar accessory module(ELK-MC100) programmed to shunt 4
security zones between the hours of Friday 12:00 noon through Sunday
12:00 midnight.

Door Man Trap for ELK-MM220

The operation of the
MM220 as a Man Trap works in the following manner. Input 1 from
the telephone entry keypad opens the magnetic lock on door #1
for 5 seconds. Door #1 must be opened and then closed before a 7
second timer is started. At the end of the 7 seconds the
magnetic lock on door #2 will open for 5 seconds. The person has
20 seconds from the time the code is entered to open and close
door #1 before the code has to be re-entered.

This security system utilizes momentary Key Switch arming/disarming, a Normally Closed Burg Loop, an Alarm Relay Output, and a Status LED Output. It features an Instant or Delay mode with 30 second Exit and Entry timers. The Exit, Entry, and Alarm cutoff times can be changed by using the optional
ELK-MK400 or ELK-MK485 Programming Kits and running the Wizard on the source file.
