Notification of Critical Temperatures

The M1 Security & Automation Control can monitor server rooms, freezers, coolers, boilers, wine cellars, aquariums, ponds, second homes, warehouses, storage tanks, livestock barns, etc. and contact you if the temperature is not in an acceptable range.

In this example, a cooler is being monitored every 30 minutes.  The desired cooler temperature is 42 degrees so, if the temperature rises above 45 degrees F, the M1 will provide a text message notification through the M1XEP.  The second rule produces the same effect if the temperature falls below 40 degrees F.

AND Zone 016 (Zn 16) ACTUAL TEMPERATURE IS GREATER THAN 45 DEG. F. (7 DEG. C.)

WHENEVER EVERY 30 MINS
AND Zone 016 (Zn 16) ACTUAL TEMPERATURE IS LESS THAN 40 DEG. F. (4 DEG. C.)
