consumers, and can facilitate ELK product warranty for you.
To ensure that customers obtain proper service and support, ELK Products Inc. sells its products only through authorized resellers. Any ELK products purchased from an unauthorized source will not be covered under ELK Products’ existing warranty policy. Any sale of products by an unauthorized source or other manner not authorized by Elk Products, Inc. will void the warranty on the applicable product.
ELK Products provides technical support to professional installers only. ELK does not provide technical support directly to consumers. If you are a consumer and have a question about a product manufactured by ELK, please contact either the sales outlet where the equipment was purchased or a professional installer of security equipment.
