Hello,
I have three (3) M1XIN’s on an M1G. Two (2) are Hardware versions 0.5 (Boot ver. 3.0.5) running firmware 1.3.7. The 3rd M1XIN is Hardware version 0.255 (Boot ver. 0.255.0) and it says that its Firmware has been erased. Is this correct? Is there a way to upgrade the firmware on the M1XIN?

The Firmware for the M1XIN can’t be updated in the field and would need to be sent to ELK (through the Tech Ticket) process to be updated.
