Attempted firmware update to .18 failed and says firmware is erased. I can still connect to the panel using RP .40 but I cannot load the firmware and none of my devices other than the Ethernet bridge show. M1G shows but firmware version erased please advise.
Same issue. I’m disappointed no one responded.

What is the Bootware? If not running M1G Bootware 3.3.6 please update the Bootware first then the Firmware to version 5.3.30
