The M1 RP2 is one of the best configuration tools I’ve seen for home automation, its pretty detailed, yet simple and intuitive.   I wish the E27 had the same setup.  I’m not a big fan of using a cell app for configuration purposes.

That being said, is there a way to get a hardcopy printout (e.g. pdf) of the complete configuration?  I cannot find anything either on the phone app or via ElkConnect online that will produce that.

It would be nice to be able document configurations.  And its a real pain having to scroll through exponentially multiple screens on a cell pone to check and compare parameters.

We agree. We have plans to add an RP type tool for the Alarm Engine platform as well.

We added this feature to the mobile apps in April 2026.

You can generate system reports by navigating to System Settings and tapping the Information ⓘ button in the upper-right corner.

From there, select Generate Report PDF. You’ll be able to choose from the following report types:

          • CS Report – A limited report containing information typically relevant for sharing with your central station.
          • Confidential Report – A complete system configuration report that includes sensitive information in plain text (such as user PINs and other confidential data). Please use caution when sharing this report.
          • Full System Report – A complete system configuration report with sensitive information masked (for example, user PINs are replaced with asterisks).
          • Confidential User Report – A report containing user information, including visible user PINs. Please use caution when sharing this report.

After selecting the desired report, you’ll have the option to share the PDF directly or save it to your device for future use.

          Thanks!

          Mike
