Contest Period: Entries will be accepted from March 1, 2024 – May 31, 2024. How to Enter: Complete the contest entry form online at https://www.elkproducts.com/elk-120-contest Submission Guidelines: Valid entries must include a detailed description of how the ELK-120 recordable driver module was utilized in a unique installation scenario. Include details about the type of installation (residential, commercial, retail, industrial, etc.), implementation, other products used, etc. While not required, installation photos and/or wiring diagrams are encouraged. Grant of License: By entering the contest, participants grant your company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and make derivative works of their submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotion of your company and its products. Representation and Warranties: By submitting an contest entry, you warrant that you submissions is your original work, does not infringe on the rights of third parties, and that you have the authority to grant the rights detailed in the Grant Right of License section. Selection of Winners: Winner will be selected based on the uniqueness and innovation of the application idea submitted. Judging will be completed by a panel of ELK Staff members from sales, marketing, and technical support. Prizes: Winners will be awarded product packages from ELK Products.
