In ElkRP under Automation and Text you will create your Custom Text Message to send to the keypads for example Happy Birthday Mr. Smith . Next you will need to create a Rule:
Whenever Every 30 Seconds
And the Month is January
And the Day of the Month is 10
Then Display “Happy Birthday Mr. Smith” IN My Home (Area 1)
