Is Zone 16 a 2-Wire or 4-Wire Smoke? In ElkRP2 under the Status Screen is the BYP (Bypass ) box checked? Look at the voltage for the Zone to make sure ~12.2 V for 2-Wire and ~7.2 V for 4-Wire.
