Please try the following:

Whenever Medical Alarm In My Home (Area 1) TURNS ON

Then Turn Output 3 on for 5 Minutes (or use any unused Output)

 

Whenever Output 3 Turns OFF

And The Medical Alarm in My Home (Area 1) is Active

Then Arm My Home (Area 1) To Stay Immediately

Then Disarm My Home (Area 1) Immediately
