Do you have any Rules related to Arm / Disarming? If you Arm from the M1 keypad does the system immediately disarm? Are you integrating with any Integration Partners (Crestron, Control 4, AMX, Elan, RTI, UTC, etc.) ? What interface is sending the ASCII string to the M1?
