Solved the issue.  Uninstalled the ElkRP2.  Renamed Controls2.mdb file (Could have just removed it).  Installed newest ElkRP2 program.  Had to wait an hour for all wireless sensors to check back in.  Changed time that system checks time standard by one minute.  Now everything is working perfectly and I can access Alarm from M1 Touch securely.
