Roberto – These are only viewed from the end user login to ElkConnect.com. If you are using your dealer login email as the “account” email, when you login the system will always show you the dealer portal. Under the account, it needs to be assigned to an email that is not listed as dealer. Once logged in as the end user, you will see the notifications tab.
The end user login will look like this image below.
The email address I am referring to is the one below used for the account. This needs to not match the one you use for your dealer login.
