    The update process you’re seeing in which the percentage counts up is the transfer of the update file across the network to the control panel. Once it reaches 100% the panel sends it across the bus to the device.

    The issue with the “pausing” of the percentage is one we have investigated and found it is a malformation of the data that can happen across the network depending on what other traffic is present at the time. When the app reads the malformed byte, it pauses the transfer of the file and is unable to recover.

    We have addressed this on the control side, but we are in the process of addressing it in the app to allow for it to recover. This fix has been delayed due to working towards remote updating and the effort to have all this resolved with in the same release.

    For the short term, if it pauses, closing the app and attempting to transfer again best approach.
