Make sure you are running ElkRP2 version 2.0.41:
- Click Setup, Options, Network Adapters
- Under the Network Adapters in the dropdown you should see the IP Address of your PC on the Local Area Network
- Select , Click OK and close the Network Adapters screen
- The M1XEP and your PC should be on the same network for example the M1XEP at 192.168.1.100 and the PC at 192.168.1.120
- On the Account Detail Screen under the System URL/IP this will be the IP of the M1XEP
- Port 2601
- The Options to Connect Non-Secure should Not be checked
- Try the connection again
