Yes there is a phone number, yes all the features are turned on but I guess you guys dont support Bell and Rogers. I am not sure why you are charging $5.00 per month if these features are not implemented fully??
I have created another email , not my dealer email. and have 3 other users in the account. We need a primary email as dealers and sub emails for account users, but also notifications need to work. The Email’s come in sometimes 7 minutes later after the system is armed or disarmed…. this does not work well at all!!!
