Thanks for the help debugging this.  It did turn out to be the sensors.  I ended up changing out 13 window/door sensors.  The first one I replaced I opened up and, in fact, there was a little black spot right at the connection inside.  I’ll admit, replacing them was a real pain.  They are all recessed and the wire was run in the house during the build.  So access and rewiring was pretty tight!

They all work now!
