I am pretty familar with the M1XEP but far from an expert (yet) – I am having an issue as the person who help me install the system is no longer responding to my messages. I am technical enough to follow directions.
My issue – I would like to update the firmware in the M1XEP but when I called Elk support they were a less patient than I expected – I have not updated the firm since installation about 2 years ago. I believe one has to be careful of the versions and upgrade process.
Where is can I find the process of upgrading the firmware? I am currently on–
System type: M1G
Hardware version: 0.13
Boot version: 3.3.6
Firmware?: 5.3.18
Voice List version: 0.8
