Please make sure you are running ElkRP2 version 2.0.41
- Click Help and Check For Updates
- Download M1XEP Application 2.0.51
- Connect to the M1 with ElKRP2
- Click Send/Rcv
- Click Enroll/Update Control and Devices
- From the Enroll/Update Control and Devices screen scroll to the last item which should be the M1XEP and make sure the Bootware is 2.0.2 or 2.0.4
- IF running Bootware 2.0.2 highlight the M1XEP and click Update
- From the Update Window check “Bootware Update” and from the dropdown select 2.0.4 and click Update
- Once the Bootware is at 2.0.4 repeat the process selecting “Firmware Update” and from the Dropdown select 2.0.51 and click Update
- IF already at Bootware 2.0.4 select “Firmware Update” select 2.0.51 and click Update
- Once the Firmware update is complete you will need to wait 8 – 10 minutes before attempting to re-connect using ElkRP2
- If you’d like to update the M1G it is the same process make sure the Bootware is 3.3.6 then update the Firmware to 5.3.36
