@Brad Weeks I only have one M1XRTW transceiver and that has 12 other wireless sensors on it that work just fine for the past 10 years and I went around my house to test all of them. So I have confirmed all functionality on the M1 side with wireless transceiver works just fine.
The original sensor lost connectivity somehow with error “Lost Transmitter” so I had a spare transmitter fresh out of the box, and I have tried everything known to get this transmitter to work. I have it in my office doing testing which is less than five feet from the M1XRTW transceiver, and it will pair up and work for “X” amount of time then just stop working and no activity at all. I am using the ERP software to see the sensor activity and there is none at all after “X” amount of time. Initially when I connect it up the activity is quick and it never delays, but I will say I some of my sensors throughout the house there is some delay. Like for example I have a motion sensor that will not communicate unless I move my body to get it to communicate. Is this an issue with the Transceiver? I think I might have two different issues here then. The brand new sensor will communicate then stop working at “X” amount of time. Then my existing sensors that do work fine on occasion will have a delay. and not allow me to arm alarm until I go to investigate like open or close a window or move around in front of a motion sensor to get them out of a violated status.
