@Brad Weeks One of them was fresh out of the box and was never opened at all and the other one I am going to be honest not sure how old it is, but I am going to have to say on that one not 100% sure as I always keep one on standby, but I will be testing the next standby one I have that is ordered. Would you consider replacing both of them as a replacement? I have never warrantied anything though and just being transparent. I have replaced several of these over 10 years so not sure when I bought them.
