I now Touch its an Elk product, but have you guys seen this before?   I have a wireless sensor that displays differently on the M1-Touch app versus the RP23 programmer.  On the former its showing as “disabled”, and on the latter its “violated” (and not disabled).  I’m not sure the entire history, but I think at some point the magnet fell off and the quick solution was to disable it, but now its status seems sort of “stuck” and out of sync between the two apps.   The Touch app displays it as “disabled”, and it won’t let me re-enable it, but it also won’t let me arm the system either (it seems to recognize its actually violated).
