I updated my firmware while my ELK-M1XRFEG was unplugged from the system and now it appears that I cannot use it and all of the many wireless devices that I have that are GE-Caddx. Is there a way to get it to work again such as downgrading firmware or is there a different work around?

After reconnecting the M1XRFEG Receiver perform the Bus Module Enrollment and retest your wireless devices. The latest M1 5.3.36 should still support the M1XRFEG Wireless Receiver for 319.5 MHz Sensors. IF using the M1XRF2G Wireless Receiver the highest supported M1 Firmware was 5.2.10.
