M1 Support Forum Cannot Arm the M1 via elk link

      I have not been able to arm the system via elk link for the past week.
      Also no alarm or arm disarm notifications even after the update.

      A perfect addition to the M1G line would be an upgraded Elk-connect C1M1

        What is the last 4 digits of the MAC Address for the C1M1?

            Has the User Code which was assigned to the C1M1 been changed? In ElkRP2 under Globals G29 – G42 make sure all six of the Serial Port 0 Transmission Options are checked

              User code has not changed all six serial port boxes are checked

                For the User Code that is assigned to the C1M1 user make sure Arm, Disarm and Area Area 1 is checked —- Access, Duress and Temporary Code should NOT be checked

                  Bypass and access were checked. Arming from elk link works now.

                      In the ElkLink APP on your phone click the Gear Icon (lower right hand corner) and make sure Push Notification is set to ON

                        Notifications are set on both the app and in iphone settings. I still don’t get any push notifications from the ELk-link app

                          I’ve confirmed with Engineering that the logs show we’re experiencing intermittent issues with push notifications on ElkLink. We’re actively working to resolve these problems. I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing and assure you we are working towards a solution as quickly as possible. Email notifications do not appear to be impacted.
