I have downloaded ElkRP-Full-install-2.0.41 on Windows 11 PC. This is a fresh install and RP was never installed on this PC before. When starting the app, it shows a error: “Cannot find the operators database or it is not a valid ElkRP operators database. If it does not exist, you will need to re-install ElkRP. Do you want to browse for it?” with Yes / No options. If Yes is selected, an options dialog appears with fields for Ops2.mdb  and Controls2.mdb. Both of these files already have the correct path to these files in the C:\ProgramData\RP directory. If the OK button on this dialog is clicked, a different error message is shown: “By entering a database password, you have enabled the database security feature. However, you have left one or more of the four ID fields blank. All fields must be completed. This is to protect you should the factory ever be asked to reset the database password.”. No database password was entered on the Database Security tab, however a long string of * is already present. This field and the four empty ID fields below it are all locked and cannot be changed. How do I get this software working?

Please try a complete un-install and once complete check your local c drive for an RP folder and if found delete the folder. Once un-installed try a fresh new install of ElkRP2 version 2.0.41

There is a RP folder in c:\ProgramData but not c:\, I tried deleting the RP folder in ProgramData and reinstallating and it has the same error. I also tried on 2 different PCs with the exact same errors.

On one of your computers under Settings, Time & Language, set your Language to English and Region to United States and try a new fresh download

I was able to get the 1.6 version working in a Windows 7 VM
