On the M1 keypad – there is a “Lost Transmiiter” message.

How do run a report in Elkrp to identify which transmitter has lost signal?

Connect with ElkRP2 and once connected click the LOG icon and “Receive Entire LOG”. Once the LOG is received you can Save to File

In that location – there are 2 smoke and 1 CO detector – wireless. 1 smoke ocassionally disconnects and there is a “Lost Transmitter” message on the kepad – the others do not disconnect. I remove that smoke and it automatically beeps at the keypad.

The house if about 5000 sqft and those 3 detectors are in the cabana which is a connected but separate from the main house.

Last, there is a wireless door sensor just outside the cabana, which operates fine.

Any suggestions for the 1 smoke that keeps getting “Lost Transmitter”?

Is the Smoke Detector the ELK 6052 Two-way Smoke Detector? Remove the detector from the base and make sure the RF Board is fully pressed onto the mounting PINS.

These are 5800SMOKEV – I should have given the model.
