        Yes, you can delete the OLD Account. The M1 Serial Number is located on the bottom of the M1 Black Plastic Housing and is an 8 digit number starting with 0

          I tried the new account (found serial number). Got it up and running, but still have the yellow conflict.  See my HW/FW versions above.

          Any other ideas?

            I am wondering if we are experiencing these conflicts because we all have disabled (but not deleted) rules in our list of rules? I keep these disabled rules in my rule list because I occasionally enable them when circumstance dictate. Also, some of them are complicated and required quite a bit of effort to conjure out of my brain so I don’t want to lose them. All disabled rules remain in the rule list but are shown in strike through text like this.

            It is not a big deal to me to simply select the differences and send them to the system each time I connect but it would be nice to eliminate this step if I can.
