Older install, appx 12 years. Recently (like within the month), i can’t connect to the panel via my Windows 11 laptop (same laptop that has connected for years). I am able to get to the panel from outside of the network using M1 touch with no issues. Also within the network.
Please make sure you are running the latest version of the ElkRP2 Programming Software and the ELK M1XEP is running Firmware 2.0.34 or later. Please use the ELK M1XEP Special Updater Utility to check the Firmware in the M1XEP https://www.elkproducts.com/elkdoc/special-m1xep-2-0-34-updater-utility/
The Special Updater Utility will tell you 1) The M1XEP is already running Firmware 2.0.34 or later, 2) is Too Old to be updated, 3) Will attempt to update the M1XEP to version 2.0.35
