Rule for tripped alarm

This is the rule I have when the M1 is Armed Away – is this right? How does this change for Smoke OR CO trips?

WHENEVER Main House (Area 1) is ARMED AWAY
AND ANY ALARM AREA IS ACTIVE
THEN SEND EMAIL MESSAGE X TO (email)

Whenever Any Alarm is Active

And Main House (Area 1) Is Armed Away Mode

Then Send Email Message

The goal is to get an email if there is a breach of a window/door when Arm Away (not Armed Any Mode as that will trigged even when Arm Stay)

Other triggers an email is needed are:

• When Armed Away and Glass break.
• When Armed Away and Smoke Detector or CO alarm triggered

Can you please clarify?

The rule example covers any Alarm condition (Burg, Fire, CO) but will only send the email if the M1 is Armed to Away Mode

• Instrustions like door/window breach and glass break
• For smoke/fire
