      As we update and expand the Alarm Engine platform, we will also update the Knowledge Center with new support materials. I will use this pinned thread to keep you informed of updates when they are released.

              Hi Michael,

              I don’t see the E27CB 0.5.64 firmware in the iOS app, only a bunch of the old ones that go back to 0.5.17,

              I managed to update a panel to 0.5.62 before it was pulled from the update servers.

                Tomas – We had to pull 5.64 as well due to the same issue not being resolved. As of this evening, we the issue resolved, we just need to test it and we will release a new version. I will note that the issue is isolated to bus device updating.

                        • ELK-AEXRFA Firmware 0.1.68 released – Support for the AERF3H Receiver with 345mhz support
                        • ElkConnect Apps – The largest update for the apps to date. Lots of improvements and bug fixes.
                          • Android Version – 0.12.328
                          • iOS Version – 1.1.15
                        • ElkConnect Web Portal – Released update for the dealer portal – Added support for the cellular module and activation – Added the ability to remote update firmware for the Alarm Engine.
                        • AE App for ELK-7TS – Released a new update for the Alarm Engine touchscreen application – Bug fixes and some improvements.
