What happens in ELKRP if you click on “M1XEP setup” and search for units? Do you only see the one that still works? It could have lost it’s fixed IP address setting and acquired a new address by DHCP.
Also, does the link LED on the M1XEP’s ethernet connector blink, showing a network connection and activity?
