In the M1XEP Setup click Trace, click Select ALL, click Show Setup and scroll down looking for **Current Versions: Bootloader and Application — make sure the Application is 2.0.34 or later. If you need to send in the M1 to be factory defaulted send an email to techsupport@elkproducts.com with a note.
