Hi,
Think I may need to RMA the board, Trying to connect to M1G with ElkRp v2.0.40, when I select Connection>Network> receive message, “Disconnected, ! Either the Remote Programming Access Code or the Serial Number does not match.” The Serial Number matches what’s on the unit. I have tried the default RP Access Code of 246801, and the code I would have changed it to. Please let me know if you have any questions.

In the M1XEP Setup click Trace, click Select ALL, click Show Setup and scroll down looking for **Current Versions: Bootloader and Application — make sure the Application is 2.0.34 or later. If you need to send in the M1 to be factory defaulted send an email to techsupport@elkproducts.com with a note.
