    Make sure you are running ElkRP2 version 2.0.40

    • Connect to the M1
    • Click the M1XEP Setup
    • Click Trace which should open the M1XEP Debug Trace window
    • Click Select ALL
    • Click Show Setup
    • Click Resume
    • Return to the M1XEP Setup click the Email Tab and click “Test”
    • Wait approximately 30 seconds
    • From the M1XEP Debug Trace screen click Copy To Clipboard
    • Paste the information into an email and send to techsupport@elkproducts.com with a note
