Make sure you are running ElkRP2 version 2.0.40
- Connect to the M1
- Click the M1XEP Setup
- Click Trace which should open the M1XEP Debug Trace window
- Click Select ALL
- Click Show Setup
- Click Resume
- Return to the M1XEP Setup click the Email Tab and click “Test”
- Wait approximately 30 seconds
- From the M1XEP Debug Trace screen click Copy To Clipboard
- Paste the information into an email and send to techsupport@elkproducts.com with a note
