M1 firmware 5.3.10 m1xep firmware 2.0.46 secure connections only port 2601 i cannot get to the m1xep directly inside the network either… i thought i used to be able to do that. April 23, 2021 at 8:30 am #5136 Brad Weeks Make sure you are running ElkRP2 version 2.0.40 Connect to the M1 Click the M1XEP Setup Click Trace which should open the M1XEP Debug Trace window Click Select ALL Click Show Setup Click Resume Return to the M1XEP Setup click the Email Tab and click “Test” Wait approximately 30 seconds From the M1XEP Debug Trace screen click Copy To Clipboard Paste the information into an email and send to techsupport@elkproducts.com with a note Author Posts Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
