    Unfortunately, it sounds like that account is now corrupt in the database.  Do you have a backup copy of the database?  If so, it may be possible to export the account from there and import it into your working database.  Otherwise, you’ll need to create a new account and connect on-site and RECEIVE ALL and SAVE it.
