When you open an account in RP2 if you alt+tab there are 2 windows open. One window says RP and one shows a windows icon. I closed the windows icon window and seem to have erased alot of important information from the account including panel type. Seems the windows window is related to the account info and the RP window is the RP program. Now when I try to open the account I get an error message saying “the panel type is unknown…try to get an update…would you like to delete?”
Is it possible to recover that account? Do I have to go on site to download the account again? Can I download the panel if I don’t have the original account file?
There is an XEP on the system.

Unfortunately, it sounds like that account is now corrupt in the database. Do you have a backup copy of the database? If so, it may be possible to export the account from there and import it into your working database. Otherwise, you’ll need to create a new account and connect on-site and RECEIVE ALL and SAVE it.
