From Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features select ElkRP2, click Uninstall and you should be prompted to Uninstall, Modify or Repair — Select Repair. Once complete open ElkRP2 and if prompted for a Username and Password try Supervisor (case sensitive) for the Username and Supervisor for the Password
