Hi, I installed the ELKRP2 on my laptop and when I start the program, it shows Cannot find the operators database or it is not a valid ElkRP operators database. When I click yes, there is an Options dialog. When I switch to the Database Security page and keep the password empty, it allows me to enter my database password. But all of the input fields are not able to type in anything. And when I click OK, it shows incomplete information. What should I do next?

From Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features select ElkRP2, click Uninstall and you should be prompted to Uninstall, Modify or Repair — Select Repair. Once complete open ElkRP2 and if prompted for a Username and Password try Supervisor (case sensitive) for the Username and Supervisor for the Password
