    In ElkRP2 under Setup, Options, Network Adapters in the dropdown do you see the IP Address of your PC on the Local Area Network? If so highlight the IP, click OK and close the Network Adapter screen. With your Account Open using ElkRP2 on the Account Detail Screen the System URL/IP should be the IP of the M1XEP, Port 2601 and the option to “Connect Non-Secure” should not be checked. Try the connection again.
