Issue #1 M1XEP Conflict upon connecting —– Connect to the system and under Automation, Sunrise/Sunset click “Select A City Near You” and select a City, make sure the Time Zone is correct, click Calculate and Send To Control. Click the M1XEP Setup and “Receive” the M1XEP Setup, Save the Account Information — disconnect and reconnect. Did you receive the M1EP Conflict? If Yes you might have to start over and recreate the setup from scratch.
Issue #2 M1ToGo Require Username and Password. In the M1XEP Setup under the TCP/IP Setting Tab make sure to “Enable Non-Secure Port 2101” and this is sent to the M1XEP. In M1ToGo click Modify Profile , Uncheck “Use Secure Connection” click Save and then Connect. You should be able to connect.
