What is the Network interface at this location the M1XEP or the C1M1? If you have the M1XEP the M1XEP will support multiple connections from Integration Partners for example the APPS and Home Automation platforms Savant, Control 4, Elan, Crestron and others. If using the C1M1 will recommend only having one device/service connect at one time. If the ElKRP2 Programming Software connects to the M1 ALL Other connections are suspended until ElkRP2 disconnects. The method to Add/Delete Users is either from the ElkRP2 Software or from Keypad Programming.
