    John,

    I discussed this with engineering this morning. The short version is that we are currently unable to configure the time and location in a non-cloud connected system. In an upcoming update to the mobile app, the option to set the time from the app will be added when the cloud is not enabled. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Although the system has some dependencies on the cloud, we are working to allow it to function fully independent of it.
