Assign Door Lock Codes through E27

Hey,

I had been told a while ago that ELK was working on adding the ability to assign door lock codes through the system.

Any update on this?  I don’t see any info in the Knowledgebase on it.  It is clunky having to keep managing Z-Wave door locks through the door lock itself.  Thanks,

Joel – I appreciate the follow up. We have not implemented this fully as of yet. Some of the work has been completed and it is on the priority list, it was shifted down a little due to something we are working on now with the control. That said, it will not be in the upcoming release, but I will push to have it in the following one. – Mike

Thanks, that would be appreciated.  I just had a customer message me wanting his doors updated with unique codes for each employee (the same codes the employees use to arm/disarm the system).  So not huge, but 8 codes across 3 different doors, then we need to manage which position on the lock we added them to, for the time we need to change them in the future.  Plus it requires I roll a truck to get on site to update the door codes for them.  Overall very cumbersome right now.
