Yes. We refer to this as “Single Key Arming”, meaning you can press a single key (Away/Stay) and arm the system. You can enable this per area in area settings. Just toggle the Single Key Arming option on for the area.
Elk is set to Auto Arm on a schedule every night at 10pm, I cannot disable this feature on the app for some reason. I save changes yet it reverts back. What is the issue?
I apologize for the delay in the response, it appears I missed this post somehow.
Is it possible that one of the areas is armed when you are attempting to make this change. If so, the system will not allow configuration changes if any area is armed during the change. If this is not the case, please provide me with the Firmware that the system is running and the auto arm time.
Also – Please confirm you making these changed in the area settings.
Area is deff not armed, I can change other options in the Area but disabling the Auto arm does not work, even if I de-select it, the “SAVE” at the top of the app is grayed out, I have to select another option for the Save to appear in white. I can change the Time, that appears to Save.
It appears there is a bug in the Android App that is making it so you are not able to save the toggling off of the auto arm. There is work around while we get this updated. You can set the auto arm time to be 12:oo AM. Setting the time to 12:00am in the Auto Arm settings will cause the system to disable it.
Our app devs are looking into this and will get a fix published. I appreciate the feedback.
