I have recently been getting an error code E354 CELL TEST FAILURE on one of our accounts. I’ve tried to remedy this issue by replacing the C1M1 with updated firmware and adding an external antenna (4 bars signal reading) with no improvement. Any ideas as to what has gone wrong? Maybe a program change I’m missing?
