Hello,
I’m getting a ‘common not armed’ message on my keypad preventing me to arm the system. Activation is possible from ELKRP. The system was working fine for a while. At some point all settings were erased (voice message, connection settings to alarm company, zones). I had to sync everything back up from a template account on ELKRP. Is there a specific setting that may have been missed? All zones are mapped to area 01. System M1G, input expander, M1XEP, M1KP2. M1G FW Version 5.3.10

In ElkRP or through keypad programming under Globals G13 make sure Areas 2-8 are Not Enabled.
