I’m having some issues with my 7TS now that I wasn’t having before updating it to the latest version. Mainly, the touchpad is no longer beeping on entry or making any sound on entry. I can hear my keypad in the other room, but there is no audio from the 7TS. (I’ve verified the audio on the 7TS works.)
Also, now when entering there is an Entrance time countdown on the display that continues to countdown even after the code is entered. If you then try to rearm it it starts switching between an Entrance time and Exit time countdown.
I’m sure these are likely bugs, but if not is there some setting I can change to fix these or any idea when the bugs will be fixed?
